    Located conveniently in Echoland, with easy access to shuttle buses. Clean and spacious dorm rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff available for advice. Great drying room for wet gear. Nice common area with fireplace for socializing.

    The cozy lounge area with the open fireplace was a welcoming retreat after a long day of skiing. It felt like being wrapped in a warm hug, complete with the crackling fire adding to the cozy ambiance.

    I've stayed at a few places in Hakuba, but none compare to this hotel! the staff were super friendly and always ready to help with tips or a lift. the breakfast was a great start to the day, and I loved chilling in the lounge room with Netflix after hitting the slopes. the rooms were cozy, the bedding clean, and the bathrooms well-stocked. the dry room for ski gear made life so much easier, and the location was spot-on for easy access to bars and restaurants!

    One thing that could be improved here is having a designated area for preparing simple meals. It'd be a nice touch for longer stays.

    The guest room had some nice upgrades, and it was spacious and warm. the bed was super comfortable, plus there was plenty of storage space and a cozy lounge area. the location in the valley was fantastic, making it easy to access all the main attractions. 🌟.
